The review article discusses vaccines against SARS-CoV 2 based on adenovirus vectors currently used in the world. concept of creating vector is described. data clinical studies efficacy and safety registered adenovirus-vector for prevention new coronavirus infection are presented. frequency serious adverse events after their use described detail. In addition, changing genotypes Covid 19 virus has been determined. analyzes literature infection. quite safe effective even relation to virus.
